Sleeping With the Cows
Black Hills Tiny Resort's horse barn conversion features two 2-bedroom duplex units, each sleeping 6, with walk-out patios, fire pits, and grilling areas. The "Mountain Modern" side blends wood, metal, and rustic elements, providing a comfortable western feel. This unit features triple folding doors that open fully to the patio.
In 2025, we'll be adding a gas firepit and water feature to enhance your summer evenings.
Unmatched Comfort and Style
The newly-remodeled horse barn has all the comforts of home. Come relax after a day of sightseeing on the nice patio with amazing views of Reptile Gardens, The Pumpkin Patch and a farmers market in the summer. This duplex has endless hot water with our on demand water heater and air conditioning on those hot summer days. Two bedrooms with queen size beds and a comfortable sofa sleeper will be a relaxing to slip into after a long day. This cozy house is located on 13.7 acres of breathtaking views of the Black Hills.
The Space
Our property is locally owned and operated by Rapid City residents. Your questions or concerns will be addressed by us directly. The house is one level, suitable for the physically challenged and toddlers.
Guest Access
The patio area is large and shared with the other unit in the duplex. However, you have a private firepit and seating. The BBQ grill is shared. Feel free to walk around the land. The hill behind the unit is beautiful to look at, but not safe to climb.
